Deliveries and returns
The order is deemed confirmed once XBEE Shop has accepted the payment. We retain the right to refuse an order if a customer has legal issues with XBEE Shop or if the customer’s ability to pay what is due is deemed too unlikely. XBEE Shop also retains the right to ask their customers for further information such as proof of identity or address location if deemed necessary. If the customer fails to provide the relevant answers within five days following the order, said order and the payment will both be cancelled. XBEE Shop is committed to honoring all received orders within the limits imposed by available stocks.
Customers get to choose between several methods of delivery in France and over-seas, as well as in Europe. Costs and delays very accordingly.
Deadlines on deliveries are the responsibility of carriers alone, XBEE Shop is in no way responsible for them and will not be involved in the eventuality of any delivery failing to meet said deadline.
Outside the European Union, customs or importation fees may be added to the costs of our products and are to be paid for by the customer. It is therefore up to the customer to remain aware of their prices through local customs.
We accept the return of a package within 14 days after its reception. The product must be intact, unopened and in its original packaging. Returning fees are at your expense.
First of all, should you have any doubt regarding the use of our products do not hesitate to contact us through the online form.
However, if you do wish to return a product, proceed as follows:
- Place the product(s) in a cardboard box and include with it a note detailing your name / address / reason(s) for returning,
- Contact us to find the closest return address in your area.
